Mason Potter
I build websites and systems that people actually use. React, C#, and a lot of legacy PHP on Paycom’s ATS team. A hundred-page rebuild of Potter Plastic Surgery & Med Spa (opens in a new tab). The office systems nobody notices until they break.
I grew up in Western Kansas, then went to Kansas State for computer science and an entrepreneurship minor — with a long interest in how businesses actually run. I still like work that has to hold up in the real world: bookings, candidate tracking, messy data, and the people who depend on it.

Wrote automated tests, chased bugs through old PHP, and shipped on a large team where ATS edge cases were the job — not the exception.

Thousands of visits a month, paid and organic, plus IT for twenty people — email, payroll, EHR — so the marketing had a floor.
